HyperDoc/HIS Release Notes for version 4.97

New features added in HyperDoc version 4.97

HyperDoc version 4.97 consist of mainly HIS changes. Lots of bugfixing, code review was done to improve user interactions with HIS and it's stability.

Chrome by default checks if plugins (like Java) are up to date. If not it blocks them. To use Java 6 with Chrome, please use those instructions.

Important

Browsers should always be kept up to date to maintain best compatibility.

Note that new Internet Explorer browser (version 11) was still not officially released in full version when HDoc 4.97 was released so it's not in compatibility table above. We checked the beta release and made it work with HIS 4.97 but some things may change when official IE 11 is released.

Please note, that Advanced Printing is still available only in Internet Explorer.

Note

Chrome behaviour was improved and now HIS should work correctly while using this browser.

Using subtree parameter with HISAutologin.asp is now possible with ObjClass parameter.

Also DocID parameter is now possible to use with HISAutologin (and HOPAStartUI).

Important

Subtree will not work with DocID as it makes no sense to combine those two parameters.

There can also be more than one document with same ID within on database and HIS will show only the first one found when DocID is used.

Due to changes in HIS code please from now on follow below rule.

New version of HyperDoc Touch have been created and put into App Store and Android Market.

Version number is HyperDoc Touch 1.3

It fixes the problems with connecting to HIS sites.

There were done some improvements to webhelp output of TSL Documentation. Most visible one is that Tree pane is now resizeable. For full functionality please use Chrome or Firefox browsers.
