Template Editor is a utility program that you may use to create and redefine printing templates.
Printing template is a vector drawing that predefines the structure of the page layout to be used while printing documents. Printing templates are stored in the Tessel Vector Document format (files with TVD extension) - i.e. standard vector format used to store vector drawings processed in all Tessel Software Line applications.
Printing template drawings are presented on a white rectangle, representing the sheet of paper, placed on gray background. Each printing template may contain two page layouts, one for portrait and one for landscape orientation. You need to define a separate printing template for each paper size to be used for printing.
Template Editor functions and interface are similar to SuperEdit drafting functions. Special features and differences are described below.
